The St Mary MacKillop Parish is centred on the Holy Trinity Church located at 43 Ross River Road, Mundingburra.

The Vision statement of the parish is:  Centred in Jesus Christ, we are a vibrant, worshipping, Catholic community who care for each other and our world.

The parish includes the suburbs of Mundingburra, Aitkenvale (to Anne St), Hyde Park and Hermit Park. It includes two Catholic schools, St Joseph's Catholic School, Mundingburra (P-6) and St Margaret Mary's College, Hyde Park (7-12) as well as the St Mary MacKillop Early Learning Centre (Mundingburra).

Mass is held at the Holy Trinity Church as well Villa Vincent Home for the Aged, Acacia Street, Mundingburra. The Parish Office is located behind the Holy Trinity Church.
